According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection,” goods of proper quality (without defects) may be exchanged or returned to the store within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase, provided that the item has not been used and shows no signs of use (scratches, chips, scuffs, signs of opening, or any traces of liquid exposure on the product, packaging, or documentation).
